PublicHealth.Africa is one of the initiatives to grow from Peoples-uni which has now closed. As with Peoples-uni, all activities will be online, and utilise the power of collaboration through the Internet.
Working with Alumni and partners, we wish to take various actions to improve the health of our populations. We are pleased to have the African Centre for Global Health and Social Transformation (ACHEST) as our first partner.
Africa healthcare, in general, suffers from a lack of sufficient human resources in the health sector, there is also a particular lack of research capacity to address the health challenges.
PublicHealth.Africa leverage the strengths of African alumni from international local online and face-to-face MPH courses and engage more effectively with the growing talent to support the building of enabling environments to raise the leadership, quality, and volume of homegrown, contextually driven, and sustainable solutions.
